@wavetro I think it's also that there's been an increased focus in monetization. Seems like a lot of artists want to turn their passion into a profit and make a living out of it, but that's not an easy career to get into unless you already have a massive following. Also, to me it shows in the work when people are just making things for attention and money. The love of it begins to fade after a while.
